Event # 3 & #4 June 26 & 27, 2009
"TWO GIMP'S AND A LIMP"
With only 4 people at the monthly meeting, we are concerned with the number of workers available to set up this month event, Morgan Smith and I both have had surgeries this month and will be limited to what we can do, equipment will be on the mountain by 4:00 pm Friday, the more we can get done Friday evening before the misqutos come out the smoother Saturday morning will go.
When: June 26 & 27, 2009
Where: HooDoo Mountain Ski Resort (Santaiam Pass, Hwy. 20}
Time: 7:00 am - Set-up Course
8:30 am - Registration - Course walk
9:15 am - Drivers Meeting
9:30 am - First runs
11:30 pm - Lunch Break?? - Course walk
3:00 pm - Last run of the Day??
4:00 pm - Clean-up
Volunteers are needed for the "2009" Oregon Shootout Invitational.
Volunteer Workers receive FREE Fun Run, so come help out and get a free lap or two.
Fun runs are held after competition runs are finished.

Water and electricity will not be available for camping in this area, the rest rooms and showers will be available (bring quarters for showers).
