Monthly Meeting

The Autocross Club of Central Oregon's monthly performance driving event planning meeting is Wednesday June 4th at Pappy's Pizzeria in Bend, OR at 6 pm. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month. This month's meeting will be important as we plan the third and fourth Events of the 2008 Season on June 21-22. ACCO is also planning a Skid Control Driving practice to be held after Event #3 on June 21st. New members and novices are encouraged to come out and learn about events before race day. Club Officers and seasoned drivers are on hand to answer questions and help with car-classing. Don't miss your opportunity to participate in the direction of the Autocross Club.

Old Business:
- Driver needed to bring equipment van to events.
- Forum available on the website for pre-registration and autocross discussion.
- Workers needed for course setup, volunteers receive a free run and 2 for $5
- Member-sponsored Fun-Runs: Bring a friend and they get 2 for $5.
- Merchandise available: Sweatshirts $25, Hoodies $30, Hats $15.
- HooDoo 2009 date has been booked.

New Business:
- New Course designs needed for this season.
- All-Marque Show & Shine presented by BENDubs European Car Club.
- Skid Control Driving practice and event planning.
- Event promotion within the community and to regional autocross and car clubs.
- More sponsors needed for the complete season and championship events.
- More members needed to step up and become Officers.
- Change Club meeting date to a evening the week of an event.
- Make plans for upcoming Hoodoo event.
