Monthly Meeting

Long-term goals: Promote safe driving events, educate the community, increase membership, and maintain profitability.

Old Business:
- 2007 books completed.
- Membership and Event fee increases.
- Split registration schedule.
- Member-sponsored fun runs ($5 for 2 runs).
- Winter Driving Event at Mt. Bachelor.
- Volunteers needed for key positions including: Chief Tech inspector, Worker Coordinator, and Event Results. ACCO also needs a volunteer to transport the equipment in the club van. Without this we don't have an event.

New Business:
- Online driver registration through forum.
- Drift Event requirements need to be worked out such as increased insurance costs, safety concerns, and proper judging. Form a committee to work on this project.
- Summer Show & Shine to be held in conjunction with an ACCO event. To be organized with local car clubs, primarily BENDubs. Tentative date: Sat. June 21. ACCO Commitee to be selected to work out the logistics.
- Dad/Son Track Day Event to be held at Jackson Co. Sports Park near Medford, OR. on May 31st and June 1st. Registration limited to 30 drivers.
- Proposed Instructional Track Day at Portland Int'l Raceway, TBA based on interest.
- Post Office Box rental for a permanent mailing address.
