The Master of the Mountain competition on Friday is intended to be a fun contest to see who can complete a short course in the quickest time with a few twists:
1. Cars compete in pairs (not wheel to wheel, but one after another).
2. Hit a cone or miss a gate and you are eliminated from the competition
3. The car with the quickest (PAX) clean run of the pair goes back to the grid and gets in line to run again; the other car is eliminated.
4. This continues until only one car remains, the winner of the Master of the Mountain contest.
5. A few surprise twists may be added, just to keep things interesting
